GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pearl Street man arrested on indictment warrant

Victor D. Guy(aka “Grimes”), 30, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after he allegedly sold a quantity of heroin to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two separate occasions in and around the Town of Batavia.

Guy was arrested on December 17, 2016 by the Batavia Police Department on unrelated charges and then turned over to the Sheriff’s Office on an indictment warrant.

He was arraigned December 19, 2016 in Genesee County Court on the new drug charges. Guy was jailed on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond bail.

Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the Batavia Police Department and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.

 

 

Peter R. Brounscheidel, 23, of Henskee Rd., Alden, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, speeding in a zone, failure to stop at a stop sign and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop for failing to stop at a stop sign at 7511 Alleghany road in Alabama on December 19, 2016.

During the stop it was determined that Brounscheidel was allegedly driving while intoxicated and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Alabama Town Court on January 31, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
