East Pembroke Fire was dispatched to East avenue and School street for a wall collapse at Kistner Concrete before noon on Wednesday.
Cinder blocks and debris spilled out into the roadway at the curve during high winds.
A passerby reported the collapse.
The building owner is in the process of cleaning up the debris and shoring up the remaining wall.
The roadway will remain closed until clean up is complete, barricades have put into place.
The structure was reportedly unoccupied at the time.
