Mark H. Bennett, 30, of Chamberlain Street, Albion, was arrested on January 9, 2017 by the Village of LeRoy Police Department and charged with one count of petit larceny, an A-misdemeanor,.
It is alleged that Bennett stole property while shoplifting from a business located on West Main Street in the Village of LeRoy.
Bennett was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of LeRoy Court on February 16, 2017.
