Alex P. Wells, 27, of Read Rd., Pembroke, is charged with burglary 2nd and menacing 2nd after an incident on Read road in the Town of Pembroke January 12, 2017.
Wells was found to have allegedly entered a neighbor’s home armed with a loaded 12 gauge shotgun and menaced the family who was residing there.
Wells was arrested and then arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court.
He was jailed in lieu of $25,000 cash bail and $50,000 bond.
Wells is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Hannah M. Zuppa, 19, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with 2 counts of petit larceny after an investigation into a theft at a residence located on Judge road in the Town of Alabama.
Zuppa was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 2, 2017.
