Linda A. Martin, 64, of McKinley Ave., Batavia, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 2nd after allegedly filing a report in August of 2015 for a bank transaction she claimed she did not make, but was the only person present.
Martin will appear in City Court on February 7, 2017 at 9:30a.m.
Ryan J. Emery, 19. of Main St., Oakfield, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Alleghany road in Pembroke.
Emery was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped.
Emery was allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was released on an appearance ticket.
He will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 24, 2017.
