BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman accused of using stolen credit card

Melissa R. Piazza, 27, of Jackson Sq., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th following an investigation where she allegedly used a stolen credit card to purchase items at 99 Jackson street, the Kwik Fill, on November 22, 2016.

Piazza was arraigned on January 18, 2017 in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

 

 

Kevin E. Dolison, 21, of Meadow Dr., Geneseo, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for a domestic incident in which he allegedly struck another person. Dolison was charged with harassment 2nd on November 30, 2016 at a residence on S. Main street.

Dolison was released after posting bail and will re-appear in City Court on January 31, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Carolyn L. Magoffin, 33, of Colby Rd., Darien, was arrested on an outstanding City Court bench warrant after she failed to appear at a scheduled court date after an incident on Pearl Street on October 11, 2016.

Magoffin posted $500 police bail and was released.

 

 

Julia L. Tombari, 22, of Highland Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia after allegedly being found to be in possession of a controlled substance not prescribed to her along with packaging and other drug paraphernalia.

Tombari was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court on January 24, 2107 at 1:00p.m.

 

Falicia N. Tuczai, 26, of Prospect Ave., Batavia, is charged with trespass following an investigation where Tuczai allegedly trespassed upon property on South Main street on January 19, 2017.

Tuczai had been previously told not to return to the property by the Batavia Police.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 31, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
