GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Employee accused of stealing revenue from Target

Meghan K. Gould, 33, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after she allegedly stole $1,130.00 in revenue from the Batavia Target Store while she was employed there.

Gould stole the money over a period of time.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 9, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Jennifer L. Greck, 47, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with trespass after allegedly being found on the Mark Trail Motel property at 4036 West Main street on January 18, 2017.

Greck was told she was not welcome there.

She was issued and appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 26, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

A 16 year old female of Oakfield is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after she allegedly had contact with a protected party, which violated an active order of protection issued by Genesee County Family Court.

The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on February 6, 2017.

 

Adam J. Warren, 30, of Manhattan Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation that revealed he was violating a court order of protection.

Warren will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 30, 2017 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.
