Nicholas B. Wall, 26, of Dodgeson Rd., Alexander was reportedly found slumped over the wheel in his vehicle on Rt. 20 in the area of Rt. 238 on January 30, 2017.
When patrols arrived on scene, they found Wall’s vehicle in reverse.
After a brief investigation, Wall was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and stopping , standing or parked on a highway.
Wall was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on February 21, 2017 at 4 p.m.
Tony R. Hoag, 49, of Shacktown Mountain Rd., New Berlin, NY, was pulled over for obstructed plate on Alleghany road January 27, 2017.
After a further investigation, Hoag was found to be allegedly in possession of 14,400 untaxed cigarrettes and was charged with unlawful possession of untaxed cigarettes and criminal tax fraud.
Hoag was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 21, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
Zoe A. McClure, 47, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting from Wal-mart on January 25, 2017.
McClure was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 13, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Yahira Ann Marie Brown Diaz, 18, of Old Telephone Rd., Bethany, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana while at a business located at 4126 West Main street road on January 29, 2017.
Brown Diaz was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
Brown Diaz was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 13, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
