At about 7:25am on February 4, 2017, Officer Slocum as well as the Perry Fire Department responded to 45 Watrous street for a report of a deck being on fire.
After further investigation by Officer Slocum it was found that the deck was set on fire by Ryan Mcdanel, 33, of 45 Watrous St., Perry.
Mcdanel was charged with arson 4th, a class E felony, and was also arrested on a warrant.
He was arraigned in Perry Village Court and held on $10,000.00 cash bail and 50,000 bond.
