ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Murray man charged after forcibly entering a building

The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a Town of Murray man, January 31, 2017, for unlawfully entering a building in October of 2016.

Kevin A. Truesdell, 39, of Hurd Rd., Holley, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd and criminal mischief with intent to damage property after he allegedly forcibly entered a building belonging to Hurd’s Ochards on Hurd Road.

While forcibly entering the building, Truesdell caused damage to property. Evidence collected at the crime scene was sent to Erie County Central Police Services Forensic Laboratory which resulted in DNA match with Truesdell.

He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Murray Court on February 15, 2017, at 4:30pm.
