The Orleans County Sheriff’s office arrested a Town of Murray man after he allegedly threw a rock and a brick at a trailer on Vindale Drive in the County Line Mobile Home Park on February 8, 2017 at 12:45a.m.
Joseph J. Motzer, 23, of Sparton Drive, County Line Mobile Home Park, Brockport, N.Y. allegedly threw the items against a trailer causing damage just under the window of a bedroom where two small children were sleeping.
Motzer is charged with endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts), criminal mischief 4th, and trespass.
Motzer was arraigned by Town of Murray Justice G. Passarell.
Bail was set at $500.
Motzer is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court on March 8, 2017, at 6:30pm.
