LEROY POLICE REPORT/Pavilion man struggles with officers during traffic stop

A complaint that a vehicle allegedly ran another vehicle off the road almost causing an accident on Route 19 in LeRoy, led to a traffic stop on Clay street in the village on February 18, 2017.

The complaint was received on Saturday about 7:00 p.m., at which time the LeRoy Police Department started looking for the vehicle involved and located it on Clay Street where the vehicle stop was initiated.

During the stop, it was determined that Brandon S. Beil, 32, of Hawks Rd., Pavilion, was allegedly intoxicated and uncooperative during the arrest process and allegedly struggled with the officers at the scene.
