The NYS Police have made an arrest in a hit and run accident that occurred on January 27, 2017 at 11:50a.m. on Rt. 354 in Cowlesville.
Nicholas D. Price, 29, of Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief/reckless property damage greater than $250 and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Price’s car was traveling eastbound when it went off the road on Rt. 354 and struck a mailbox, then a red GMC Sierra pick up truck before coming to rest against a tree. Price’s vehicle had extensive damage to the front end.
Price was arrested on February 18, 2017 and issued an appearance ticket.
