William Roll, 57, of Washington St., Attica is charged with assault 3rd after an investigation into a violent domestic incident on Washington street in Attica on February 25, 2017.
Also charged in the investigation is Jennifer L. Mather, 43, of Washington St., Attica. Mather is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact.
Both Roll and Mather were arraigned in Attica Village court.
Roll was jailed on $500 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
Mather was released on her own recognizance with a refrain from offensive conduct order of protection.
Both will re-appear in court on March 13, 2017.
