  1. Concerning the holley man that stole the delivery vehicle from Dustins pizzaria, respondent that reported and statement that vehicle was not running at the time of incident and that keys must have fell out of delivery persons pocket, should retraced their false statement, the whole town knows that the delivery car is always running out back of the Holley hotel/Dustins pizzeria. Funny Dustins is giving 1/2 off orders to Holley police and Albion CO’s when they mention accused persons name. It’ll all come out at the trial. That they falsified a police statement and I suspect insurance fraud.

New findings which was told to me by witness that in fact seen and knows the true driver,Joshua Was not driving the vehicle that night, in fact Mathew Andre was, whom in fact left the state after he and his gf whom have orders against each other were caught together later that night. He tried to pull Joshua out of vehicle before hearing sirens otw there. Joshua onconcious from taking 3 sleeping pills prior, drank vodka prior too and then hitting windshield on passenger side of vehical, did not remember anything of accident. Wish media would get total facts straight and the investigations would be solid before putting false statements out that already condemn someone before their day in court. Yes Joshua is guilty of violating his parole by drinking and breaking his curfew but is not in fact guilty of driving that vehical that night. He is willing to except responsibility for violating parole. Court trying to give him 15 to life for something he did not do.
