Richard W. Stone, 39, and Marie L. Stone, 34, of Water St., Perry, are each charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a complaint being investigated by the Wyoming County Department of Child Protection Services on March 14, 2017.
Both were charged due to the unsafe living conditions inside the residence.
The children were removed from the residence by child protective services.
Both Richard and Marie will appear in Village Court at a later date.
Richard Stone is additionally charged with criminal mischief 4th after a domestic incident at the residence on March 15, 2017.
Richard is accused of ripping a cell phone out of the victim’s hand, preventing her from calling police.
He was issued an appearance ticket.
