GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/West Main street man damages property at jail

Victor M. Delatorre, 34, of West Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly damaging property of the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main street on March 7, 2017.

Delatorre was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 23, 2017.

 

Jacob J. Russell, 21, of Walkers Corners road, Byron, and Salvatore M. Schwable, 19, of Weber Ave., Oakfield are each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop by members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on March 17, 2017 on Townline road in the Town of Byron.

Russell and Schwable were allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana.

Further investigation revealed that Schwable also had an active warrant out of the Town of Batavia Court for petit larceny and criminal mischief.

Schwable was arraigned on the Batavia Town Court and Russell was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Byron Town Court.

 

Ifrah M. Hajmusse, 38, of Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop for a vehicle and traffic violation at 4016 West Main street road on March 20, 2017.

After a brief investigation and a vehicle search, a quantity of alleged marijuana was located in the vehicle.

Hajmusse was released on an appearance ticket and a uniform traffic ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 17, 2017.
