An Oakfield woman was arrested on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment warrant in the Village of Oakfield Thursday morning.
Adriann T. Smith, 36, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal nuisance 1st, a class E felony, after she allegedly sold quantities of prescription medications to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.
Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was later arraigned.
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
