BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Pearl street man charged after domestic incident

Aaron M. Talbot, 35, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd, harassment 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th after a domestic incident on Pearl street on April 4, 2017.

Talbot allegedly struck the victim and displayed a knife.

He was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

Talbot will return to court on April 18, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

A 17 year old, of Holland Ave., was arrested on a bench warrant issued by City Court after being located by Genesee County Probation on April 3, 2017.

The teen was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash or bond bail. They are due back in court on April 20, 2017 at 9:30a.m.

 

 

Joseph M. Marranco Jr., is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly stole prescription pills from another person on Summit street on February 19, 2017.

Marranco Jr. was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail.

 

 

Brandon J. March, 32, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana on Cone street.

March was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 11, 2017.

 

 

Donald C. Hale, 58, of Townline Rd., Byron, turned himself in to Batavia Police on a criminal contempt 2nd charge on March 31, 2017.

Hale allegedly attempted to make contact with a protected person who has an order of protection. He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 11, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Terry L. Lamere, 52, of Buffalo Rd., Bergen, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for failure to appear on an appearance ticket.

Lamere is due back in court on April 11, 2017 at 1:30p.m.
