Kailee R. Phillips, 27, of Lancaster, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Exchange Road in the Town of Attica on April 8, 2017.
Phillips was stopped after signaling the wrong direction for a turn.
During the traffic stop, Phillips was found to have five active suspensions on her NYS driver license. Phillips was arrested and charged with improper signal and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd. Phillips’ vehicle was towed from the scene, and she was then arraigned in the Town of Attica Court.
She was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 bond, and is scheduled for further proceedings on April 10, 2017.
