Sath P. Dhanda, 37, of Clapsaddle Rd., Bethany, is charged with 2 counts of obstructing governmental administration 2nd, criminal contempt 2nd and 2 counts of harassment 2nd/physical contact, after allegedly violating an order of protection at a location on Ellicott street on April 9, 2017.
Following the arrest, Dhanda allegedly spit at and kicked arresting officers.
Dhanda was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was held on $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond bail.
Tyler D. Price, 24, homeless, failed to appear in court after she was served an appearance ticket on February 28, 2017.
Price was released on an appearance an appearance ticket.
Quentin L. Gibson, 32, of Glendale Dr., Lockport, is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operator, no headlights and obstructed view after a traffic stop on West Main street on April 7, 2017.
Gibson was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on recognizance.
Emily J. Walker, 24, of Sherman Stedman Rd., Sherman, NY, was arrested on an active bench warrant issued out of City Court.
The warrant stems from alleged violations of conditions set forth by drug court.
Walker was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $100,000 cash or bond bail .
