GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Buffalo woman nearly strikes Sheriff’s patrol vehicle

Kayla S. Foster, 27, of Brunswick Blvd., Buffalo, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, reckless driving, speed in excess of 55mph and failure to keep right after she was observed allegedly operating a motor vehicle in the improper lane at a speed in excess of 55mph.

On April 14, 2017, near 6849 Clinton street road, in Byron, Foster nearly struck a Genesee County Sheriff’s patrol vehicle and two other motorists before stopping her vehicle on Rt. 33.

Foster is also charged with side windows non-transparent, failed to attach registration to her vehicle and failure to notify the DMV of her home address.

Foster was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on May 15, 2017 at 5:00p.m.

 

 

Cristina G. Vella, 24, of Pat St., Rochester, is charged with speed in excess of 55 mph and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the Town of Pembroke on Alleghany road on April 15, 2017.

Vella was allegedly operating a motor vehicle above the posted 55mph speed limit and was allegedly in possession of an amount of marijuana.

Vella was released on appearance tickets.

A passenger in the vehicle, Nicholas J. Niedbala, 25, of Manitoba Woods Lane, Spencerport, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Both Vella and Niedbala will appear in the Pembroke Town Court on May 9, 2017 at 4:00p.m.
