BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Homeless man charged with trespassing

Dustin W. Bogue, 36, homeless, of Batavia, is charged with trespassing after an incident where Bogue went onto the property of another person after he was advised to stay off the property.

Bogue was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail.

He is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on April 20, 2017 at 11:00

 

Russell R. Miles Jr., 48, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st after violating a duly served order protection.

Miles Jr., was allegedly found at the residence of a person who has an order of protection against Miles. He also has been recently convicted of violating the same order within the last 5 years.

Miles Jr., was arraigned in City Court and  jailed without bail. He is due back in Court tomorrow .

 

Brian J. Hawkins, 37, of Pries Ave., Buffalo, was arrested at the Erie County Holding Center on an outstanding Batavia City Court Warrant after failing to appear for a previously scheduled court date.

Hawkins was arraigned and held on $300 cash bail and transported to the Genesee County Jail.

Hawkins is scheduled to appear in court on April 24, 2017.

 

Tiffany M. Brown, 26, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with failure to appear and was arrested on a City Court Bench warrant.

Deputies turned Brown over to the Batavia Police Department.

Brown was arraigned in City Court released on her own recognizance.

 

Ashley N. Ziccardi, 24, of Brooklyn Ave., Batavia, is charged with failure to appear after she failed to appear on an appearance ticket.

She was processed and released after she posted bail.

Ziccardi was released after posting bail. She is now set to appear on April 26, 2017
