GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia woman accused of misusing a dealer plate and talking on cellphone with her child in the vehicle

Brandi A. Clark, 41, of Halstead Rd., Batavia, is charged with misuse of a dealer/transporter plate, mobile phone use on the highway, unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child following a traffic stop at 8322 Lewiston road in Batavia on April 22, 2017.

Clark was allegedly operating her vehicle while using a mobile phone and was misusing a dealer plate.

She was also allegedly in possession of an amount of marijuana and endangered the welfare of her daughter who was riding in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.

Clark was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 11, 2017.

 

Julie A. Stymus, 41, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with misapplication of property after she had allegedly borrowed over 400 DVD’s which were supposed to be returned, but Stymus allegedly pawned the DVD’s.

She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 15, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Shawn M. Szczcygiel, 39, of Tinkham Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of  .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, unsafe tires and inadequate exhaust after a motor vehicle accident on Tinkham road on April 22, 2017 at 4:34a.m.

Szczygiel was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on May 16, 2017 at 4:00p.m.

 

Todd H. Campbell, 35, of Shrubbery Lane, Rochester, is charged with DWI and refusal to take a breath test after he allegedly struck another vehicle in Monroe County, causing injury to the other driver.

Campbell fled the scene of the accident, but several witnesses followed the vehicle to the Village of Bergen where he was located by members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department.

Campbell allegedly refused to take a breath test.

He was arraigned in the LeRoy Court and his license was immediately suspended. Campbell was jailed in lieu of $1,000.00 bail.

Campbell was also issued numerous traffic tickets by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Shauna Driscoll, 29, of Wadsworth Ave., Avon, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, harassment, driving left of pavement markings and failure to use designated lane after a traffic offenses complaint on East Main road in LeRoy on  April 14, 2017.

She was released and issued an appearance ticket.

Driscoll will appear in LeRoy Court on May 15, 2017.

 

Hector M. Vidal, 22, of Eggert Rd., Tonawanda, is charged with petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana after a shoplifting complaint at Kohl’s Department Store on April 21, 2017.

Vidal was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town Court on May 4, 2017
