On April 22, 2017, about 9:01p.m., Officer Smith observed Justin Dake, 20, of Perry, operating a motor vehicle on Gardeau Road without headlights.
Dake was stopped and through further investigation, it was discovered that Dake had a suspended driver’s license and was driving while under the influence of drugs.
He is charged with operating a motor vehicle without headlights, no front plate, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and DWI/drugs.
Dake is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date.
Officer Smith was assisted by Officer Ferry and Deputy Chase who is a Drug Recognition Expert.
