On April 23, 2017, Troopers arrested Timothy McCarthy, 47, of Alexander for aggravated DWI.
Following a traffic stop for failing to keep right and crossing hazardous markings, McCarthy failed field sobriety tests and was arrested and processed for DWI.
McCarthy provided a breath sample of .18% BAC. He was released with tickets returnable to the Town of Batavia Court.
