WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Gainesville man runs from police after domestic dispute

On April 24, 2017, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to Dutton Road, Town of Gainesville, after receiving a call about a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, the responding Deputy was informed the male subject had fled on foot.  Deputy Sampson located the male, Ervin Delude SR., 45, of Gainesville, walking North on nearby railroad tracks.

Deputy Sampson along with a New York State Trooper approached Delude. After speaking to Delude for several minutes, he attempted to run. A foot pursuit ended with Delude being captured.

He is charged with two felonies, criminal contempt 1st and aggravated family offense, a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest and a disorderly conduct charge, which is a violation.

Delude was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail with no bail due to numerous previous felony convictions. He will re-appear in court at a later date.

 

On April 23, 2017, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s performed a traffic stop on Route 20A, Perry Center, after observing a speeding vehicle.

While talking to the driver, 19 year old Dzemail Odzakovic, of Rochester, the Deputy could detect an odor of marijuana coming from within the car. The deputy also noticed other indicators about the driver to suggest he may have been previously smoking marijuana.

Odzakovic failed road side sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest for DWAI/drugs. He was also found to have a baggie of marijuana on his person.

Odzakovic was brought back to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where a drug recognition expert performed a more detailed test. At the conclusion of the test, it was found that Odzakovic was under the influence of cannabis.

Odzakovic was issued appearance tickets for DWAI/drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana along with other traffic tickets. He is to appear in Perry court at a later date.

 

On April 23, 2017, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to Route 39, Town of Eagle, after receiving a complaint about someone’s truck windows being shot out.

Upon arrival, Deputies spoke to Justin Kelly, 18, and Kevin Massey, 23, both of Bliss. Both Kelly and Massey live next door to where the windows were shot out from.

After speaking to the parties involved, both Massey and Kelly admitted to shooting the windows with a BB gun. Both Kelly and Massey are each charged with criminal mischief 4th and were issued appearance tickets to answer the charges at a later date.
