BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Bank street man charged with unlawful surveillance

Gannon D. McNall, 20, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful surveillance 2nd/use of image for sexual arousal after allegedly using a device to film a female acquaintance for the purpose of sexual arousal and or gratification on April 24, 2017.

McNall was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash.

McNall also had an active warrant for failure to appear for a court appearance and turned himself in on April 27, 2017. On the failure to appear he was released on recognizance. McNall will return to court on May 4, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

 

Kevin J. Weber, 46, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal obstruction of breathing after an investigation into a domestic incident on Columbia avenue on April 23, 2017.

Weber was also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after refusing to comply with officer’s orders.

He was arraigned in City Court and held on $2,500 cash or bond bail.

 

 

A 16 year old, of Wood St., Batavia,  is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly throwing scissors at another person, striking them in the back.

The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 2, 2017.

 

A 16 year old male, of Trumbull Pky., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing money from a safe inside a residence on East avenue where he was living at the time.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 2, 2017.

 

Gregory M. Munroe II, 29, of Harvester Ave., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failing to appear on the charges of driving with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd following a traffic stop on East Main street on April 4, 2017.

Munroe was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 2, 2017.

 

Lisa M. Burke, 48, of Maple St., Batavia is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing an item from Kwik Fill at 99 Jackson street on April 10, 2017.

Burke was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Kiha S. McNear, 19, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with riding a bike on a sidewalk, inadequate lights and no bell or signal device after a stop in the area of 10 Ellicott street on April 26, 2017.

McNear was issued an appearance ticket and uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on May 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Dander J. Cramer, 18, of County Rt. 46, Dansville, is charged with riding a bicycle on the sidewalks after an investigation relating to a recent NET detail.

Cramer will appear in City Court on May 16, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

Lori A. Keech, 46, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny investigation at Tops Supermarket on West Main street on April 12, 2017.

Keech was issued an appearance ticket and released.

 

Elizabeth A. Hicks, 34, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with with petit larceny after a larceny investigation at Tops on April 21, 2017.

Hicks was arraigned in City Court and was held on $1,500 cash or  bond bail.

 

Jacob L. Hernandez, 22, of Pearl St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant after he turned himself in for failure to appear on April 24, 2017.

Hernandez was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance.

 

 

Priscilla M. Donahue, 38, of Liberty St., Batavia, was picked up on two active bench warrants issued by City Court after being located at the courts facility on an unrelated matter on April 25, 2017.

Donahue was arrested and then arraigned in City Court where she was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

 

Jolynn M. Gorski, 37, of West Main St.Rd., Batavia was picked up on an active bench warrant out of City Court for failing to comply with court ordered programs or services.

The warrant stemmed from an operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs charge.

Gorski was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in City Court. She was jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail and will re-appear in court on June 22, 2017 at 9:30a.m.

 

Joseph M. Marsceill, 32, of Lewis Place, Batavia, was taken into custody by Genesee County Probation and Batavia Police on a City Court warrant after a home check on April 19, 2017.

Marsceill was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
