GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Accused drug dealer arrested

A Covington man was arrested Wednesday evening at his residence on Morrow road, Hilltop Acres, on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant.

Jeffery M. Brodsky, 45, was allegedly a source of supply of cocaine in both Genesee and Wyoming Counties.

Brodsky is accused of selling cocaine on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force. He is being held in the Genesee County Jail awaiting arraignment in Genesee County Court.

Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the Wyoming County Drug Task Force and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.

 

Linda E. Grimes, 52, of Transit Rd., Elba, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful imprisonment 2nd after allegedly physically preventing a 13 year old victim from leaving a room at a residence in Byron on November 5, 2016.

Grimes also allegedly attempted to touch the victim inappropriately.

Grimes will appear in Byron Town Court on June 12, 2017.

 

Darrel T. Wilder, 29, of Bates Rd., Medina, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within past 10 years, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, previous conviction within past 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, failure to notify DMV of address change, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, operating out of ignition interlock restriction, no/inadequate plate lamps, no/inadequate rear tail lamps and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Wilder was charged during a traffic stop on Clinton Street road in Stafford on April 29, 2017.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on May 30, 2017 at 7:00p.m.
