Robert R. Richmond, 53, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with possessing an obscene performance by a child less than 16 and possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 after an investigation where he was allegedly using a publicly accessible computer to view child pornography.
The incident occurred on January 20, 2017 in Batavia.
Richmond was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 23, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Police say there is no other information to be released in the case and there is no mug shot photo available at this time.
