On May 20, 2017 at 9:49pm, Brandon Griffin, 23, of Hornell, was stopped on S. Main Street by Officer Gregory Smith for driving with one headlight.
During the stop , it was discovered that Griffin was operating with a suspended
driver’s license and had a previous conviction for operating with a suspended driver’s license.
Griffin was taken into custody and arraigned in front of Justice Rhodes for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and operating
with one headlight.
He was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in court at a
later date. Officer Smith was assisted by Officer Tim Bryant.
