Mickey A. Jacobs, 24, of Lone Rode, Basom, is charged with strangulation 2nd, a class D felony, assault 3rd(2 counts) and endangering the welfare of a child(3 counts) after he allegedly held the throat of another person and struck that person in the face several times while in the presence of children on May 15, 2017 at 11:40p.m.
During the physical confrontation, Jacobs allegedly struck another person in the face also, causing physical injury to that person’s face.
Jacobs was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and jailed on lieu of $20,000 bail and will re-appear in court on June 2, 2017 at 2:00p.m.
