GENESEE COUNTY/LeRoy woman charged in Alexander accident

A LeRoy woman has been charged after an early morning accident in Alexander on Tuesday.

Rachel A Baehr, 30, of Linwood Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent after a car into a pole accident at 10532 Main street in Alexander.

When deputies arrived on scene, Baehr was located walking around the smoking vehicle.

Baehr’s car went off the road hitting some road signs, another vehicle and then a pole.

National Grid was called to the scene to repair the pole and wires down.

She was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Alexander Town Court on July 11, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
