On June 2, 2017, Officers Tim Bryant and Mark Milhollen were called to a fight on South Federal street.
After an investigation into the complaint, Officer Bryant charged Daniel Selby, no age or address provided, and Zachary Demers, no age or address provided, both of Perry, with disorderly conduct.
Both Selby and Demers were fighting with each other on the side of the road.
They both were issued appearance tickets to return to Perry Village Court at a later date.
