GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Silver Springs man jailed after fleeing from police

Nathan G. Safford, 27, of Broughton Rd., Silver Springs, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, speeding in excess of 100 mph in a  55mph zone, speeding in excess of 65mph in a 40 mph zone, failure to stop at a red light, operating out of class and unsafe passing after a traffic stop on Boyce road in the Town of Pembroke on June 16, 2017.

Safford was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and is being held on $25,000 cash bail and $100,000 bond bail. He will re-appear in court on July 11, 2017 at 4:30 p.m.

 

Phillip M. Arcuri, 31, of Oak St., Warsaw, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana, moving from a lane unsafely and failed to use designated lane after a property damage motor vehicle accident on S. Lake road in Pavilion on June 16, 2017.

Arcuri was also allegedly in possession of an amount of heroin, an amount of marijuana and allegedly criminally possessed a hypodermic instrument.

He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on July 11, 2017.

 

 

Patrick F. Donaldson, 47, of Harvard St., Hamburg, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop on Broadway road in the Town of Darien on June 16, 2017.

Donaldson was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Darien Court and will appear on July 25, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
