GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bethany man charged with assault after allegedly breaking girlfriend’s rib

Keith A. Lowery, 47, of Clipnock Rd., Bethany, is charged with assault 2nd, a class D felony and criminal mischief 4th after allegedly kicking his girlfriend, breaking one of her ribs.

Lowery also allegedly threw the victim’s phone out of the trailer window on Clipnock road after she wanted to call 9-1-1.

The incident occurred on June 19, 2017.

Lowery was arraigned in Bethany Town Court and is being held without bail.

He is scheduled to appear in Bethany Town Court on June 23, 2017 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Carlene V. Santiago, 28, of Cherry St., Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st, a class E felony and petit larceny after allegedly creating fraudulent gift cards and then using them to purchase merchandise from the store.

The incident occurred at 4133 Veterans Memorial drive, Wal-mart, on May 1, 2017.

Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 10, 2017.

 

 

Timothy M. Weinstein, 45, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 1st for allegedly violating an active stay away order of protection issued by Darien Town Court for sending text messages to the protected party.

Weinstein was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and jailed on $7,500 cash and $15,000 bond bail.

He will re-appear in court on June 27, 2017.

 

 

Tyler W. Reeves, 19, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property belonging to another person on Main road on June 20, 2017.

The property consisted of two camera lenses and a stereo worth about $475.

Reeves was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and jailed on $750 cash or bond bail.

 

 

Sara R. Tombari, 19, of Roanoke Rd., Pavilion, was arrested on a bench warrant out of LeRoy Town Court on the charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 2nd and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd.

Tombari was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court on June 20, 2017 and jailed on $15,000 cash bail and $30,000 bond bail.

She will appear in LeRoy Town Court on July 10, 2017.
