On June 17, 2017, Officer Tim Bryant was on foot patrol and observed an illegally parked vehicle, no location provided.
Officer Tim Bryant stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. Officer Bryant performed a license check on the driver and it revealed that he had two active suspensions on his license.
The driver was identified as Allen Tabor, no age provided, of Rochester, NY.
Tabor is charged with aggravated unlicensed operator third degree, unlicensed operator and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Tabor was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court and remanded to the Wyoming county jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail.
