GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia woman jailed after allegedly selling cocaine

A West Main street road woman is facing felony drug charges after being accused of selling cocaine in Genesee County.

Denielle L. Mancuso, 39, of West Main street road, Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after allegedly selling cocaine on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.

Mancuso is also charged with one count of criminal nuisance 1st, a class E felony.

She was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.

 

Charlene M. Poole, 46, of Donahue Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an incident at Wal-mart on Veterans Memorial Drive on June 21, 2017.

She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 10, 2017.
