Following a traffic stop on June 30, 2017 on North Main street, near Simmons road, in the Village of Perry, Brandon A. Lunn, 23, of Hunt, NY was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while the registration was suspended he was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and unlicensed operator.
Lunn’s suspensions were due to no insurance being in effect on the vehicle.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and Lunn was processed roadside and released to a third party with a return court date of August 8, 2017 at 4:00PM.
