On July 25, 2017, the Perry Police Department reports the arrest of a Rochester man.
Bailey Shrum, 23,of Brooks Ave., Rochester, NY.,was arrested on a warrant out of the Village of Perry.
Bailey was picked up by the Rochester Police Department and turned over to Officer Tim Bryant of the Perry Police Department.
Bailey was arraigned on grand larceny 4th and petit larceny charges in the Village of Perry court in front of Judge Bogert.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred in 2016. Bailey allegedly stole a credit card from a family member.
He was committed to the Wyoming county jail in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail.
