BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Central avenue man charged with assault after causing injury to a child

Theodis Hill Jr., 48, of Central avenue, Batavia, is charged with two counts of assault 2nd and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly striking a child with an extension cord and causing physical injury on two different occasions in January of 2017.

The incidents occurred on South Main street on January 27th and 29th.

Hill Jr., was arraigned in City Court before Judge Balbick on August 2, 2017 and was held on no bail.

He re-appeared in court on August 3, 2017.

 

 

Peter C. Ayala III, 33, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic dispute on Walnut street on August 8, 2017.

Ayala was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

He will return to court on August 16, 2017 at 12:30p.m.

 

Jon N. Roblee, 41, of Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a City Court warrant after he failed to adhere to the terms of his sentence relating to a resisting an arrest conviction from March 29, 2017.

Roblee appeared on August 9, 2017 in City Court and was released on his own recognizance and appeared on  August 10, 2017.

 

 

Dakota O. Irvin, 25, of Main Rd., Attica, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in City Court on June 26, 2017 to answer a traffic ticket issued for a aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd charge.

Irvin posted bail and re-appeared in court on August 9, 2017.

 

Shuronda L. Rogers, 40, of Mohwak St., Rochester, was arrested by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop.

Rogers had a City Court Court arrest warrant and was turned over to Batavia Police and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on August 9, 2017. She was then released.
