GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Darien man accused of obstructing deputies and troopers during a complaint call

David J. Leroy, 25, of Sumner Rd., Darien, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd after he was accused of intentionally obstructed deputies and troopers in the performance of their duties during a check the welfare complaint on Sumner road in Darien on August 13, 2017 at 12:40a.m.

Leroy was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and released on his own recognizance and will appear at a later date.

 

 

Scott D. Macpherson, 58,  of Transit Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed in excess of 55mph and no/insufficient tail lamps following the observation of a vehicle and traffic violation on Lake street road in LeRoy on August 13, 2017.

Macpherson was issued and appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on September 21, 2017.

 

 

Edward J. Stabell, 23, of Meiser Rd., Corfu, is charged with trespass following an investigation on August 14, 2017 on Gilmore road in Pembroke.

Stabell was released on an appearance ticket and will return to Pembroke Town Court on August 30, 2017 at 5:30p.m.

 

Ronald D. Ashton III, 24, of Bennett St., Buffalo, was arrested on a warrant out of the the Town of Bethany Court on August 11, 2017 for failing to appear in court to answer vehicle and traffic charges from 2015. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration and driving to the left on a crest/grade curve.

Ashton was arraigned in the Town of Bethany Court and jailed in lieu of $500 cash and $1,000 bond.
