The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a Barre man following an alleged domestic violence incident in the Town of Barre on July 16, 2017.
Bruce W. Dugan, 41, of Maple Street, Town of Barre, was charged with harassment 2nd degree, menacing 2nd degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, forcible touching, sexual abuse 1st degree, endangering the welfare of a child.
Dugan was arraigned before Town of Ridgeway Justice Kujawa and was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $550 cash bail/ $5000 Bond. Dugan will return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date. The investigation and arrest was conducted by Deputy S. Fox and Sgt J. Doyle.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin M. Tillinghast, 22, of Middleport N.Y. and Cody A. Verdesia, 26, of Medina N.Y. following a shoplifting incident on July 15th, 2017 at the Wal-Mart Super Center in Albion.
Tillinghast and Verdesia were charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $255.82 in merchandise from the store.
Both defendants are scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court in August 2017. Arrest by Deputy Tooley assisted by Deputy R. Flaherty and Deputy White.
