WYOMING COUNTY/Attica/Woman on felony probation arrested after a physical altercation

The Attica Police Department was called to a residence on East avenue for an altercation on August 20, 2017 about 10:20 p.m.

Upon arrival, it was learned that Joelle D. Good, 39, of Warsaw, had been at the residence and engaged in a physical confrontation with a female tenant at the East Avenue address.

The female victim was transported by the Attica Fire Department Ambulance to United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia for treatment of her injuries.  An arrest warrant was obtained and with the assistance of the Warsaw Police Department Good was taken into custody without incident.

Good currently is on felony probation for an incident which occurred in April of 2016 when she was arrested for shooting a .22 caliber rifle at three cars in the Village of Warsaw.

Good is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.  She was transported and arraigned in Attica Village Court before Justice J. Perry.  She was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $7,500.00 cash bail or $15,00.00 bond. She will reappear in Attica Village Court on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
