On August 20, 2017, at 11:13p.m., following a traffic stop of an all-terrain vehicle on South Federal Street for unauthorized use of an ATV on a public highway, inadequate tail lights, and expired registration, Collin R Matteson, 18 of Perry, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs.
Matteson was processed and released to a sober third party with a return court date of September 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m..
