Robert E. Ezzo, 63, of Attica, is charged with moving from a lane unsafely, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic stop in the Town of Bennington on Giese road on August 27, 2017 at 6:39p.m.
Ezzo was released to a third party.
