STATE POLICE/ Akron man pushes girlfriend out of moving vehicle after punching her in the face and choking her

On August 26, 2017 at about 10:26 p.m.,  Ronald C. Watson, 46,  of  Redwood Rd., Akron, NY was arrested and  charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, reckless endangerment 2nd, assault 3rd, and menacing 3rdafter a domestic dispute in Covington.

 Troopers responded to a 9-1-1 call from a residence in the Town of Middlebury on Transit road, for a bloody woman asking for help at the door.

Watson was involved in a domestic dispute in the Town of Covington.

He was arrested for punching his girlfriend in the face, pulling her hair, choking her and pushing her out of a moving vehicle. Watson was arraigned in the Town of Covington court where he was released on his own recognizance and is to appear before the Town of Covington Court on October 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
