On August 27, 2017 at about 6:39p.m., Troopers arrested Robert E. Ezzo, 68, of Kriger Rd., Attica, NY for driving while intoxicated and moved from lane unsafely.
Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle off the road with a complainant and witness roadside waiting for police to respond. Ezzo was located at his residence.
Ezzo was given Standard Field Sobriety Test’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Ezzo recorded a .12% BAC. and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Bennington Court on September 11, 2017 @ 6P.M.
