Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force announce the arrests of two individuals following an incident in Warsaw last Thursday evening.
Shawn Hunter, 33 of Wakefield Street, Rochester, NY, and Jenna Josephite, 28, of Main Street, Batavia, NY, were charged on August 31st, 2017, after an incident in the parking lot at the Warsaw Shopping Plaza in Warsaw. Josephite and Hunter are accused of selling a large quantity of suspected crack cocaine to a subject that had been under surveillance by members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force.
Both are charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, in which both charges are class B felonies.
Hunter was committed to the Wyoming County Jail without bail and Josephite is being held in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.
