STATE POLICE/Warsaw/Inmates arrested for criminal activity

On September 20, 2017, the New York State Police, Warsaw arrested the following three NYSDOCCS Inmates for their recent criminal activity that occurred in local facilities.

Inmate CARLOS CORRALES,  32, currently housed in Attica Correctional Facility for Promoting Prison contraband 1st (D Felony) for possessing drug contraband within the facility on March 1, 2017.


Inmate RYAN BOODHOO, 22, currently housed at Southport Correctional Facility, Pine City, NY, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband 1st (D Felony) and Criminal Possession of Weapon 3rd (D Felony) for possessing an edged ceramic weapon on his person while housed at Wyoming Correctional Facility on July 7, 2017.

Inmate CALVIN BENJAMIN, 31, currently housed at Shawangunk Correctional Facility, Wallkill, NY, was arrested for promoting Prison Contraband 1st (D Felony) and Criminal Possession of a weapon 3rd ( D Felony) for possessing an edged plastic weapon secreted on his person while housed at Wyoming Correctional Facility on April 7, 2017.

All Inmates were arraigned in Wyoming County Court in front of Judge Michael M. Mohun and then returned to custody and control of NYSDOCCS.

All Inmates will reappear in Wyoming County Court on a later date.
